Help

The heater in my car has an odd tendancy
to blow out cold air instead of warm.
Not useful when it's 8° outside.
I drove K-10 home like I always do,
choosing to go back to my sparse apartment
instead of staying there with friends.
I was about two miles from my house
when the heater in my car changed its mind
and blew out smoke.
On the side of the road I took out my phone
and began to scroll through the names.
I had gone through the alphabet twice
when I realized not one name I saw
would help me.
